: Just thought I would post a pic of how I carry my greenland paddles on the
: truck. I can carry three paddles in a 4" PVC pipe. I cut a slot in
: the pipe front and back so the pipe fits down on the rack and won't slip
: around.
Just wondering --- assuming you use a screw in plug or one of those neat snap-closed doors that builders use, Kent --- if you are concerned with steaming or baking your Greenland sticks? Do you vent the pipe at all? I've always thought it would be a neat way to carry my paddles, but I was afraid of putting them in wet (mine are not sealed or varnished --- au natural) and having the heat and humidity get to them. Thoughts --- ideas --- concerns?

: I then bungie it down.
