There's a better answer, but the first thought is to just inc the width only, and the forms differently. Widest 9%, next 8%, next 7% etc. so the ends don't get changed so much. That way you don't end up w/ so much more volume. Maybe even slightly shorten. (You may want to include a skeg?)
