Nope. It's probably not your boat. It could be one or more things. As others have already memntioned, here are some things that affect tracking. actual waterline, weight more to one side rather then centered, sitting to far forward, unequal power in paddle stroke, paddle stroke to long( past the hips). Some solutions, add some ballast in back, addsome front and back, add some in front. Watch your paddle stroke for symetry, both in power and path. If the turm is always the same way, move the seat the other way slightly or paddle the boat slightly on edge. Add a small permenat skeg about 3feet fron the stern, about 6 square inches.

Note, this boat is designed to be maneuverable, and true to its intent it is. once you get used to paddling it, it track not to bad. If you want stronger tracking add a skeg either fixed or retractable.
