:Jamestowndistributors.com has "polyurethane 2 part foam" 2qt kit = 2 cubic ft = 120 lbs. flotation = $24.38 + shipping. Given a recent discussion on this board about flotation, I can't tell how many kit(s) you might need. FWIW, your life vest offers about 11-13lbs. of flotation...I don't know how to calculate the requirements for flotation of a kayak w/gear, etc. in the water. Good luck!
