Chris, you can build the MC 16.5 with 4oz glass on both sides of the deck and still come out under 60lbs. Just wipe up any drips, use masking tape to keep fillets defined, use a block of wood or just a few oz for end pour, squeegee the wetout coat of epoxy evenly, don't wet out the 9oz tape excessively,etc. Two boats could differ by 5 lbs just from the above applications.
