I didn't realise it expanded that far. Wow! That would be more than enough for two of these little boats. :)

I was wondering about that floatation as the seats ARE totally sealed. In fact, I'm filleting and putting a coat of resin inside them this evening, and the entire outer seat surface and hull are fiberglasses. Why would they require foam if you have two or three large air pockets? I just figured that Glen-L being in Southern Calif., they would be designing it according to Calif. regs. I may do some calling around and see what is required before I add the foam. Thanks for the input!
