I finally finished the skeg trunk and installed it last night. Here's a photo of it right before it went in. I installed a temporary bungee and control line to verify that everything worked before I made that final commitment of epoxying it into the hull.

I cut the skeg from a leftover scrap of bulkhead from one of the other kayaks.
