I have lofted, using AUtoCad, plans that Nick had published in an article for Sea Kayaker (around 1995ish). Has anyone ever given thought to or completed a skin kayak from plans designed for a cedar strip? I fell in love with cedar stripped boats a few years ago--yet haven't had a chance to build, then saw a skin boat and became intrigued. All thoughts,comments and suggestions are welcome.
