Spidey, Thanks for the quick response. I just got through reading the thread you mentioned. My problem does not look like the picture that you posted. The whole flat surface of my boat is riddled with craters. It is like hills and valleys. The new coat of epoxy is in the valleys as well as on the hills. My poor eyes might have overlooked this problem with prior coats and I may have applied a too thick coat of epoxy, causing it to be more visible. I will sand it down smooth and try again.
