I am looking to build a stitch and glue as a wedding gift for my fiance (and me too). I am looking at the coho, osprey std and the westlander. We both like canoe tripping and we already have built nicks s+g but she is not happy with its sustanable speed (I kinda over built it, first time builder error). I am 200 lbs and 6' 2" and she is 5' 5" and petite. We will mostly paddle in slow rivers and marsh with occasional trips in the intercoastal waterway of north carolina. Some trips will be 2-3 days long but most will be day trips. The kayak needs to be usable by either of us. So my question is, which one will suit us best? I have questioned both companys and a few local paddlers with mixed results. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance! David and Jenn
