Howdy Rehd,

I like the cheap "chip" brushes Erez mentioned from Home Depot. I think I usually get a box of 15 for $10 or something. A little high. I've heard of people wrapping the brush in plastic wrap and putting it in the freezer - then you can reuse it. When you start working on larger flatter areas of the boat - just pour the goop on and spread it with a Bondo spreader - works great.

I'd definitely give up on the Glen-L. Life is too short to spend it working with scalding epoxy gel and sanding the mess down later. You won't believe how fast and easy it goes with "slow" epoxy.

I guess it's true what they say: "No good deed goes unpunished."
