Hi Bailey;
Ding-All, is very thin, very clear, and has a pot life of at least 45min-1hr (in 16-24oz batches)if you take care to move it from a cup to a roller tray or something else that will spread it out - And that is in Sarasota at 93F.
The downfall - It blushes like crazy. If you don't recoat when it is still tacky or there-a-bouts, It has to be scrubbed with a scrub brush with warm soapy water, sanded, and then scrubbed again. Otherwise it will fisheye like mad. If you don't like to scrub, don't even consider it. I thought nothing of having to scrub it, I would have taken the same steps no matter what brand I used (yea, I'm sorta A.R.). I think the reason it blushes so severely (which means an oily or waxy ingredient is created and rises to the surface as it cures) is that it is loaded with UV protectant. No other epoxy I know of has this UV feature. It does not require a protective coating for use in the sun, if you are so inclined.
Would I use it again? Maybe, maybe not. I had some problems with fisheye that I might not have had with a no/low blush system. It means extra sanding if it occurs. If I don't use it the next time, what I will miss most is the clarity it affords - Darn, but it is clear!
Best Regards, Spidey
