Spidey, We're in the middle of our second yak, a 17.4 foot stripper we designed and built from trims salvaged from a compost facility. We're going to install Ross' undeck design attachments but, I'm holding out for something else...I'm thinking there's got to be something else. Think about this one: trap 4 tee-nuts, 2 per side, in the laminated hatch lip. Place hatch in place and tape securely. Drill holes through hatch via the tee nut as a guide being very carful not to trash the tee nut threads. Seal the holes with epoxy and drill them out after curing. Install SS threaded rod, cut to suitable length, epoxied into a rounded wood cap, screw the hatch down onto Vaclav type rim?

Whatcha think? Anyone else have any thoughts? How about the winning lottery numbers for next Saturday?

if latter is known E-mail us ASAP. It's for a good cause: we want to emmigrate to New Zealand.
