having just completed our second s/g chesapeake, one 16 , one 17 ft, we rushed to our destination, Saguenay river, on mighty St- Laurence river, and enjoyed paddling there amongs belugas, and cliff sided bays, where the water temperature was almost like on any lake, that is, you could swimm in it.Few days later, we continued our trip toward the St- Laurence river, which is actually more a sea than a river, I found that the water was very cold, compared to the Saguenay, which brought me to really give attention to the conditions of wind and wave factor, happily , we had a sunny day, no wind /wave, situation, then decided to go, but Iwas very wary of the situation, which brings my question, what would be a choice for body protection, for very cold water, having no clues to this above, thanks for any comments on this,
