That's right, I had forgotten you had done this too. I cut the outside edge with a pullsaw, but it was tedious. On the inside, I switched to a jig saw which worked perfectly. I did wax the plate glass, but I still had to work a little to pop it off. It wasn't hard, but I thought it would come off easier. I might use some PVA for the next one. I'll also paint the weatherstripping with PVA to prevent the epoxy from adhering (hopefully).
