I strip-built the coaming on my Sprin Run, and glassed it inside and out 6oz. I did the outside while it was still on the mold, and the inside as soon as it came off the mold. Then, after the coaming was installed I used 4oz bias cut around the coaming/hull joint on the inside and outside. I am not going to glass the laminated lip. The boat wont be at Port Townsend :( but will be in the water soon after.
