Saran wrap is excellent stuff to use for "Poor-Man's Vacuum Bagging". Just make sure you return it to the kitchen before she notices it's missing.

My wife doesn't even look in the drawer first anymore. She just says,"Honey, I need some saran wrap--go get it out of the garage!"
