I was reading the December isue of "Wooden Boat", they had an article on early drift boat builders. At the end of the article they had a list of curent builders and their web sites, Don Hill: www.dhdriftboats.com, Greg Tatman: www.gregboats.com, Ray's River Dories: www.riverstouch.com/woodrow.html. don Hill used to offer plans, I built a driftboat from them about 15 or 20 years ago It would not be a hard design to adapt to stitch and glue, I fished the Nehalem, The North fork of the Nehalem, The Neahcanicum, and most of the othe rivers on the northern Oregon Coast, good boat, if the fishing ever gets good again I'll build another.
