I had a problem once with interlux paint over system three. Wether it was a wax or insufficient cure I dont recall, it's been several years now. I ended up using thier pre-coat, after sanding as much paint off as I could. The precoat worked fine. Ive never pushed my luck with varnish. I'm thinking of sticking the Spring Run in the neighbors greenhouse and curing it at 110 for a couple days before I varnish. But I have a few odds and ends to clean up before then.
