Well, due to poor planning and a tight wallet, I think I will be using some West System Epoxy to finish up my Guillemot Expedition. I need to do probably one or two fill coats on both the deck and Hull. I'm concerned about the bond between the two different resins.

Anyone have any advice - like don't do it? Rough up the RAKA real well first? Should I try and soften it up with something like acetone before applying the West System?

Any input appreciated, and thanks in advance.
