Hello.
I work in a kayak's factory located in México. You have to know that here in México is not easy to find for our kayaks good footbraces at good price. We are interested to find a suplier in the United States, of course taking in mind that we are looking for a permanent suplier.
We were using the plastic "keepers" footbraces in a couple of our kayaks and I think that works well. Many people (icluding a couple of friends) think that they are not strong enough and tends to bend, but I think that they are good indicators of mistakes in your technique, specially when you are learning to roll, (if you bend and release your footbrace, you are applying to much force in your foot and you are not doing correctly your hip flick).
I will apreciate any information about possible outfitters supliers.
Regards from México Juan Luis
