I'm joining the deck to the hull on my Spring Run this weekend. In the middle, the deck is about an inch wider than the hull. I can squeeze the deck with strap clamps but spereading the hull is not as easy.

I'm thinking of inserting the bottom halves of forms into the cockpit, but fear they will get in the way of taping the interior.

I'd appreciate any tips (and photos) on how to spead the hull.
