You can use your existing bulkheads as forms. Divide the body section forward and aft of the bulkheads into 4 sections. Take a strip and use it as a batten to get points at the station locations to transfer to mdf so you can make some forms. The forms don't really have to go right to the bottom of the inner hull. We pin ours at the sheer lines with a nail or screw and hot melt it in two or three places. There's a fair amount of prototype work to create the forms. The thing to remember is that the shape has to be fair. You will probably get some serious twisting around the cockpit area as you drop to the rear deck.
