Yes, perfection can be enjoyed by society in its entirety through perception contraception. As long as people keep their perception to themselves, all is well.

To achieve perfection by this new standard, all one has to do is set one's standards suitably low, and you can achieve perfection in all aspects of life. For instance, I can seek out the perfect woman, although I may have to artificially lower my standards through the use of alcohol-based "solvents".

Words cannot in themselves describe perfection, for language is inherently imperfect by our new definition of perfection (unless of course you designed the language you use to describe perfection yourself - to your standards).
