resin not curing......help:)

I think I may have messed up my ratio, mixing my seal coat. I'm using Raka 2:1 It is still tacky after 24 hrs. I don't think I used enough hardener. Any ideas, can I apply another coat using the correct mix? Will that cure the under coat? Thank you.
