: the under coat? Thank you. Heat and time are your best hope. Another factor which can cause this problem is lack of mixing. I did one batch which I know was measured correctly and took 4 days at 85 degrees to cure. If you can't get the temp up in your work space, wrap the boat in black visqueen and set it in the sun. This can raise the temp to 120 - 140 degrees. Best to keep the temp below 130. If you have to resort to solvents, Acetone is your best hope. Rubber gloves of course. Best of luck. Kim
