Wow! 20 mg. / litre! That's a lot! you not only wouldnt be able to breath, but even to see through that. Like a thick cloud. So 5 mg / M^3 is assuredly the exposure limit.

If you leave the doors open all the time, then exhausting a dust collection system outside would certainly be feasible. The only cost is the fan and the ductwork. Assuming the neighbor doesnt mind of course! So far, the most reasonable deal I've seen on a half-decent fan about the right size is on the JET or Grizzly 2HP collectors.
