Tom, I'm just going by a backyard "try this, fit that" kind of method as opposed to a pre-determined panel and configuration. I didn't increase the camber too much, but between slightly more bend 14"radius) and slightly higher side panel with more flare I think I'll get the more foot room I want. The Pax 20 and its predecessor have <12" radius which is easily doable with 3mmply. On the Pax prototype I glassed the underside with 4oz before installation. Layed on the bias and installed while soft,not tacky. With 4oz on the outside and that tight of bend it made one heck of a drum. With a compressor and misc. drainage pipe I got some good bass notes out of it. muuuuuwwwwaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh
