: inside. unless you look for that detail specifically. That is getting
: kinda picky, but be aware of the seam appearance inside as well.

You could also tint the epoxy to hide defects on the inside. Betsie Bay Kayaks tints theirs white. This makes for a clean-looking interior, and also makes it brighter inside your hatches, which makes digging out gear from those dark recesses easier.
