I just picked up my new rudder from Northwest kayaks http://www.nwkayaks.com in Redmond. I bought a rudder that's sized for a double kayak for $110 + tax. That's for the rudder (with all the hardware needed to install it), cables, and slider foot braces.

Northwest kayaks is a kayak manufacturer and not really a retail parts store. They had to pull all of the stuff I needed from their assembly line. Anyway, I asked them if this was a hassle since they aren't really a parts store, or if they would like to sell more. They said that it was no problem and if I wanted to tell others to go ahead.
