Hi Dean,
I don't want to rehash an old argument but I have a question for you.
Tonight, after work I sprayed a friends stripper kayak with a 2 part polyurethane clearcoat. I was digging in my tool box to get my fresh air respirator (I don't paint much anymore so it was hiding on me!) and I found 2 of my charcoal respirators. One is a 3M and one is a Survivaire. Out of curiousity I checked the info booklet that came with each and both listed isocyanates as a chemical that they would NOT filter.
My question to you is which 3M filters are you using that will filter out isocyanates? I would be interested in getting them for small jobs because the fresh air respirator is fairly cumbersome.
Thanks in advance,
Ian
