I built the Bob's Special 15' by Ted Moore, it is great for fishing. It comes in at 15' and 36" stock, you could leave out the middle form or two and shorten it up to 13' plus be slightly narrow. Mine weighs 64# with an added layer of graphite on the football and full length keel.
