Try the plan catalogs from Wooden Boat publications: _Forty Wooden Boats_ has two that met your criteria. The other catalogs (Twenty and Thirty) I have never seen. Also try web sites for Databoat, Glen-L, and Selway-Fisher. Check out _Ultralight Boatbuilding_ by Thomas J. Hill for general info on glued plywood lapstrake building. If plain plywood construction would suit you search for Jim Michalak or Dynamite Payson or Phil Bolger. Payson offers plans for a Bolger design called a light schooner . . . someday . . .
