Hi Mark;

The idea was to eliminate the yellowing caused by varnish, and the health hazards involved in using the other clear, hard finishes available. PR is very hard, harder than varnish, I can now attest to that.

If I had not had the texture failure during cure, it would have been a rather durable and absolutely clear finish. IF, . . .

Both my epoxy and PR have UV protectants. I don't need to put anything over my epoxy for UV - But epoxy is not hard enough to provide a durable buffed finish.
