I've seen short tubes on some spray cleaners, but most lubes have long tubes (4-6"). I have a small collection of them that's accumulated over the years (did I mention that I'm a packrat?). You might be able to find similar tubing at a hobby shop. It's also quite possible that just poking the hole through the foam will be enough. The air only needs to flow through at a pretty slow rate.
