Hi all,
I went to "west marine" today & here are few of the things I learned:
1.
the instructions on one of the PR packages said that if too much catalyzator is added, in order to achieve faster curing time, then more heat is generated, & it might cause strikes/strips/lines.
dunno if it's your case, but it sounds similar.
2.
It also said that PR will not cure completely if in contact with air (ok, we knew that), but then it added that somekind of dedicated spray can be applied to the tacky surface to seal it from air & therefore a complete cure will be achieved. the label specified the cat# of that spray. It doesn't really matter because each manufacturer will probably have his own spray.
