The description in #1 sure sounds like my hull that necessitated all the darn sanding, but my catalyst was only at 0.5% (2cc per pint, approx). My resin mix took a long time to cure, I was told to do it that way to allow it plenty of time to level. Perhaps my cure was TOO slow . . .

Please keep us informed if you try the PR finish, I'd be very envio . . . ahhh, . . . happy if it worked great for you . . . ;-)
