I am finished cutting out and sanding down the forms for a guillemot single, while sanding I rounded off some of the straight lines I had drawn between dots I am now checking the sides of each form against the other by tracing from center and then flipping the form over. Some parts of the form are off by 1/32" or so, is this a problem that I should worry about? or am I being too cautious.
