I put the deck on wet - the epoxy/wood flour paste used to hold it down sticks better when its on fresh wet epoxy.
Also eliminates a whole step in the process, for saved time and less exposure to toxic epoxy.
Good point about the bending - I believe there would be a minor improvement when the deck sets up in the final contour, since the epoxy would not be in a permanent state of compression on the underside.
