Footbrace mounting alternatives

: I saw several boats at R2K with Keeper footbraces without holes drilled
: through the hull. I believe most of these had wooden blocks epoxied inside
: the hull.

: Would anyone like to advise me on the details (size of blocks, connecting

Here are some other possibilities from a previous post. They don't lose the space taken up by mounting blocks, can be quick dismount, can cut track in half thereby saving wt and yet still mount as long as you make bed 'cups'.
