Benita, I'm not sure if we're helping you to design an "eighteen wheeler" --- an articulated lorrie? --- when you're looking for a really good wheel barrow. If you're interested in carts --- meant for portaging a kayak, or just walking it from the car to the beach --- there are a lot of good designs out there.

For a start, go to *http://www.clcboats.com*, and take a look at their design for a simple folding kayak cart; go to Shop Tips, then the Fitting Out section, and look at their design for a "yak cart".

Commercial carts are available through 'most any search engine; as a try, I went to *http://www.go.com*, plugged in "kayak carts", and the first 10 or 12 hits were good for commercially available hand powered kayak transportation systems.

Not sure what the equivalent of an "A-level" is in the States, but if you weren't planning a ventilated, articulated, bifurcated and much anticipated super-trailer, then maybe the above info would also work.
