Looks like we're at about the same stage. I opted to shorten the frames to use the strongback I've made for my yet to be started RF Return. I agree on attaching chines first. Hope to be doing that tonite. Are you screwing the frames down to the forms? I am trying not to, as it seems like that would substantially weaken the frame. I've been using wooden strips over the frame pieces and screwing those to the forms as a "clamp" so far. Might not work well in high stress areas though.
