In Response To: Has anyone built a Georgian Bay? (Jim P.)

: Just returned from the Newfound Rendezvous and had a great time test paddling
: the boats of all those nice folks who were generous enough to share their
: pride and joy. I really liked the feel and look of the Georgian Bay by
: Laughing Loon. I searched the archives of this bulletin board and found a
: few messages relating to fairing problems with the station layout on the
: Northstar, (another L.L. design) and an apparent lack of acknowledgment of
: the problem by the manufacturer. I'd like to hear from folks who have
: built other L.L. designs (Georgian Bay in particular), to find out if you
: encountered any difficulties and, if so, how your problems were resolved.

: Thanks, Jim

Ross leidy built a LL panache and has good things to say about it. See his webpage at http://ross.secant.com/kayak/

It is very good about all the building steps. He has built a "few" other boats as well.
