Mike, I use a hose constantly running on the boat while wet sanding. I wrap the paper around a foam block to make it easier to hold. After sanding, I wash with carwash soap and rinse throughly. I then blow off most of the water with a power leaf blower and finish drying with paper towels. This method has worked great for me.
