- Study the geometry to make sure the kayak is high enough so either end won't bump the ground when riding up a steep driveway or boat ramp.

- For people who have a hard time lifting a boat alone, maybe you could hinge it like a snomobile trailer to make it easy to pull the kayak on directly from the water

- Rollers would also help

- Include a lockable, vented box to store all your paddling gear/clothes in. When you want to paddle you just hitch on and go, without rummaging through the closet or forgetting anything.
