Rhed,
Thanks, My other saw is some strange thing of unknown manufacture, nether the blade or the table tilt, however the arbor-motor assembly is mounted on rails underneath the table and will slide fore and aft, this is the saw I was contemplating fitting out with a 2hp motor earlier the summer, bought the motor $50, but didn't use it on the saw (wrong rotation). Maby I'll soon have the most powerful 4" joiner around. Now i just need to figure out what a Surveyor/Oysterman needs with band saw, lathe, radial arm saw, joiner and a whole bunch of hand held power tools, guess I'll just have to build a bigger shop.
Is there any escape from this world of power tools?
Jayne also cooks.
Thanks again for the tips on how to set up the saw.
Bob
