Denatured Alcohol... Diluted??

No simple green on hand but I have some denatured alcohol...
I recall the use of Denatured Alcohol to clean the surface in past posts.
I had been using amonia and water only. I have some Denatured Alcohol and plan on scrubbing with a scotchbright pad after sanding smooth. Should I dilute this? Use full strength?
