How about the idea of a Strip canoe? You could take more folks out, and bring more in that way? Especially the older folk. Some have probably seen them, or used them way back when.......... Might have to remeasure the window or door to that basement. Any room for a Skin on Frame? Lots of options aren't there? After I finish my two projects, I'm approaching the Youth Pastor at my Church and see what the feasability of building a few skin boats would be. Right now, we are raising $$$ to build a new Building to seat 1,8oo and the $$ may be a little tight, but, would be worth a try. Would be a good project to get the teens away from the T.V., off the streets and into the classes in the winter months and then have group outings in the summer.
