Rehd, if its not to late, use a strong back. The forms all the way to the floor are unstable, shift side to side and have a tendancy to get out of square. I've been fighting this all along. Its hard to tell in my pics, but the keel is not perfectly straight on my walrus. The main blame for this is standing floor forms.
