Anchor point placement for internal bungee hatches

I am trying to decide where to put the anchor points for the internal bungies for my hatches on my CH17 S&G. I don't have the deck on yet. I looked at Ross Leidy's web site and he put his about 2" down from the corners. Would the placement on a S&G be about the same (about 2" below the shear clamp below the corners)? Thanks.
